In start up button click on run and type gpedit.msc then click on run tab.

Now you will see on the right side of the tab "Limit reversible
bandwith",double click on this.
As you double clicked on limit reversible
bandwith new window tab will appear.
Step (7)
In that tab now change "Not Configured" to
"Enabled".
Step (8)
And change bandwith limit to zero 0.
Step (9)
Click on ok and then you will feel the speed of you internet connection enough
better than previous one.
